What did the 2025 Supreme Court ruling change?

On 1 August 2025 the Supreme Court ruled that car dealers were generally not acting as fiduciaries, narrowing some claims, but upheld a claim under the Consumer Credit Act unfair relationship test. Redress now flows through the FCA scheme.

What does No Win No Fee mean?

You won't pay a fee if your claim is unsuccessful. If it succeeds, our fee is banded by the amount recovered, up to a maximum of 36% including VAT, in line with FCA rules. You can also complain to your lender yourself for free.

Am I eligible to make a claim?

You may be eligible if you took out PCP or HP car finance between 6 April 2007 and 1 November 2024 and were not told about commission paid to the dealer. You can still claim if you have already paid off the finance.
